I haven't written anything in about a month, hence the sad result.
So many feelings, so many words,
yet they all escape me.
That sense of restlessness,
that desire for everything
gnawing at the heart,
day by day.
And yet, all words escape me.
No clever metaphors,
No analogical stories,
And no symbolic poems.
Creativity has deserted me;
left me to fend for myself-
No more of the playful rhymes
that used to come so freely-
no strings attached.
The words build up,
Blocking my lungs,
begging to be released.

I agree this poem is kinda bad, but it seems like what your going through this is necessary to get through it.
Good luck with your mind
This sort of thing has been seen a million times over. "Boohoo, I have writer's block, there are thousands of emotions trying to claw their way out of me!"
Make it your own; don't repeat what others have already dribbled on to paper (or keyboard) before. We all know the feeling; talk about it in a way that will make us think.
Better luck next time, and best wishes in recovering from your writer's block!

Ahhh, don't I know the feeling...
For the poem itself: It falls into a repeated pattern that grows monotonous around "creativity has deserted me". Try to jumble it up abit. Otherwise, not bad!
